Inland Cutter Service Inc. offers over twenty years in technical expertise and service experience. Unlike many companies who are lead by sales oriented founders, ICS was begun by a service oriented founder. Duane Kirish was worked as a technician in the computer, copier, fax, and more recently bindery and graphics business. As a young man out of high school Mr. Kirish served in the US Army as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division during last of the Vietnam Era. After the army, he attended college classes at night after working all day to support his family. Six and a half years later he earned his BS in Business Administration. Service is a concept that some companies talk about, but at ICS it is a part of the fabric of who we are. ICS is committed to solving your service issues and that commit starts at the top.

The technical staff at ICS is trained by the factory trained personnel. We have one of the few factory trained people on the west coast for Schneider-Senator cutters. ICS also has factory trained staff in Challenge machinery equipment as well as Borg collators. We have access to factory tech support service and parts. Whether your budget allows for the best in state of the art equipment or even if it is limited to more "experienced machinery." ICS can help guide your service decision making process, matching your production needs with financial realities. We offer maintenance agreements and work with customers on a per call basis as well.
